5. Blacklisting and Enforcement
5.1 Violations and Consequences
Violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines may result in:
- Content Removal: Immediate deletion of offending content
- Account Warning: Notification of policy violation
- Account Blacklisting: Permanent ban from the Service, preventing future login
5.2 Automated Enforcement
- Our automated systems detect and block prohibited content in real-time
- Serious violations (hate speech, explicit content, threats) trigger immediate account blacklisting
- Blacklisted users cannot log in or create new accounts using the same Google ID
- Banned usernames cannot be reused by other users
5.3 Appeals
- If you believe your account was wrongly blacklisted, you may appeal through our Contact Page
- Appeals are reviewed within 2-4 business days
- Appeal decisions are final
